We understand plans can change, so QaisTech allows you to cancel an order under the conditions outlined below:

Order Cancellation:

• Before Work Starts: You may cancel and receive a full refund.

• After Work Begins: Partial refunds may be offered, depending on progress.

• Digital Downloads: Cannot be canceled once delivered.

Subscription Cancellations:

• You may cancel any recurring service before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

• No partial refunds are provided for unused days after the billing period starts.
